21st April (Monday) – 27th April (Sunday)

Set between the two rivers- the Syr Darya and the Amu Darya, Uzbekistan is in central Asia.

This country was a part of the USSR till 1991. The capital of Uzbekistan is Tashkent and is one of the most sought after places when it comes to Uzbekistan tourism.

From deserts to salt marshes and low-lands to mountain ranges, Uzbekistan has varied as well as alluring topography. Not only the landscapes, but many sites and monuments of cultural and historical importance fascinate the tourists.

On the one hand, this land is rich in minerals and oil; on the other exuberant places like mosques and museums are picture-perfect.

The citizens of the country, famously known as the land of the sun, are full of positivity and cheerfulness.

Other than Tashkent, the list of Uzbekistan tourist places includes Samarkand and Bukhara.

Women’s special tours to Uzbekistanis quite common and often magical and liberating. Going on a tour to Uzbekistan is visiting a parallel universe where colours are more intense and vibrant than the rest of the earth. And that’s why Uzbekistan tour is a must for travellers determined to explore beautiful places.

Tashkent

All of us have heard about the Silk Road that connected China to Europe. Well, Tashkent was one of the places where this silk route passed.

It is so old that one can easily find its mention in the texts of 2nd century BC. The same goes for the city’s architecture, which is, in simple words ‘magnificent and sensational.’

The architecture of this city is the testimony of the marriage of ‘old with new’ or ‘ancient with modern.’

Other than the architecture, the factor which contributes to the tourism of Tashkent Uzbekistan is food. The aroma of the coffee houses, bakeries, and local delicacies is irresistible.

Bukhara

Situated on a sacred hill, Bukhara was once a revered centre of Islam learning throughout the Islamic world.

Moreover, Bukhara translates to ‘monastery’ in English and ‘Vihara’ in Sanskrit. The monastery, as well as Vihara, means ‘a sacred place of learning’ in the respective language.

It has its mention in the texts dating back to 13th centuries proving that Bukhara is also one of the ancient cities.

It has more than 350 mosques, 140 architectural monuments, and 100 religious colleges.

Each of these monuments, in a nutshell, is as perfect as a picture. They not only serve as scared places for residents but also attract thousands of tourists to Bukhara Uzbekistan.

Samarkand

Situated in the river valley Zerafshan, Samarkand is a UNESCO world heritage site.

Its beauty and antiquity have always lured the poets, artists, and historians. That’s why it has earned titles ranging from ‘Rome of the East’ to ‘the pearl of the Eastern Muslim World.’

Studded with monuments of ancient architecture, it is famous to date for artisan’s workshops and art schools across the globe.

The culture of this city is the amalgamation of Mongolian, Indian, Iranian, as well as Eastern and Western cultures.

Being one of the reputed cities of the Silk Road, Samarkand has witnessed conquests as well as peaceful times.

Hence the culture along with the time testimonies is the magnets that attract tourism to Samarkand Uzbekistan.
