Please DO NOT book your flights till you get a confirmation and a go ahead from our end. Please note that closer to date, airlines may change flight number as well as flight timings, so please consult with us beforehand.

Terms and conditions:

• Rates can be changed if change in travel plan due to whatsoever the reason.
• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control.
• The itinerary flow is subject to change.
• Please note that Her Expeditions reserves the right of refusal and the right to cancel any booking (for example when the basic feasible quota of people required has not been met, group size has to be minimum 8 clients).
• In such an event, as a participant you will be entitled to a refund. In case of natural disaster or national emergency like lock down, curfew etc and we cannot continue with our trip, no refund will be given back.
• We are not responsible if a client misses his/her flight due to unforeseen circumstances such as curfew, lock down, traffic Jam or any other delay not in our control.

 Any extra cost due to any unforeseen condition, such as delay/cancellation of flight, natural calamity, political unrest etc. Her Expeditions would not be responsible for the cancellation of the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• • Cancellation for an event will be considered via a written mail to

  • The date of the mail would be considered for the calculation of the cancellation fee.

  REFUND POLICY:

  • • 50% fee to be refunded excluding the booking amount , if cancellation is done between 120-60 days prior to the event
    • 30% fee to be refunded excluding the booking amount, if cancellation is done between 60-30 days prior to the event
    • No refund if cancellation is done between 0-30 days of the event
    • No refund for un-utilised services.
