About the expedition
Situated in the southwest of Kenya, covering an area of 1,510 square km (583 square miles), the Masai Mara National Reserve is a land of breathtaking vistas, abundant wildlife and endless plains.
The quintessential Masai Mara safari delivers many attractions, as the reserve is home to an excellent year-round concentration of game, including the more than two million wildebeest, zebras and other antelopes that make up the famous Great Migration.
Wildlife enthusiast, wildlife photographer and anyone who loves nature and wants to explore can join us for this expedition.
Tour Plan
Day1
We will pick you from the airport (trying reaching a day before or by 10am in Nairobi) and drive straight to Amboseli with a short stopovers on the way to pickup snacks and refreshment drinks. We arrive at the Lodge AA in Amboseli, have lunch. Evening we have game drive in the park where we will get to see African elephants, flamingoes, zebras, giraffes etc.
Overnight in Amboseli.Day2
We start our day early morning after heavy breakfast and we proceed with picnic lunch for a whole day game drive/2 game drives in this magnificent park witch was once a lake but was covered with volcanic ash during the eruption of Mt Kilimanjaro and later inhabited by wild animals who made Amboseli their home especially Elephants. this is the perfect place to see Mt Kilimanjaro. The best pictures of animals taken with the background of Mt kilimanjaro has been taken from this park Amboseli. Here we can see big groups of elephants as they come from the woodlands to the open grasslands for grazing and salt leaking areas. Lions, Buffalos Hyenas,Cheetahs,Gazelles, wildebeest, and recently flamingoes.

Day3
Today we proceed to lake Naivasha after breakfast with picnic lunch arriving at the lodge in lake Naivasha in the evening for dinner and overnight in the resort.
Day4
Today morning we take a boat ride after breakfast in this fresh water lake infested with big families of hippopotamus and fish eagles that dives near your boat to catch fish. Morning rides is always the best as the fish eating birds are hungry looking for fish. You can also spot the Kingfisher and Comorants, Pelicans and Seagulls and many more species of birds around the lake. We return to the hotel for refreshments and lunch.
After lunch we will visit the Hells gate and here those interested can attempt to do rock climbing with the assistance of the resident instructor in this park we will also visit the gorge to see the devil bedroom devils sitting room with the assistance of a resident guide. Walking is also allowed in this park as there are no big threat from wild animals except buffalos. Zebras ,Elands, Gazelles buffalos can be seen in this park as you walk. We return to the lodge after sunset for dinner and overnight.
Day5
We checkout then proceed to Masai Mara. We have lunch on the way at Narok the biggest Masai town. After lunch we proceed arriving at the Lodge. We can also visit the Masai village tour of their traditional homes and dance. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day6
We take breakfast very early at 5.45 and depart at 6 with picnic lunch for a whole day game drive in the famous Masai Mara.. in this park on a lucky day we can sport all the big five lions cheetahs leopard rhinos Elephants, Buffaloes Giraffes Hyena and this is what we will be looking fro including visiting the Mara river and have a chance to witness the wildebeest crossing this killer river as it is known to many people. If we sport the advancing group of wildebeests moving towards the river we will camp there to witness the crossing. Remember September is always the best times to witness this.
We return to the lodge late in the evening for dinner and overnight..
Day7
We take breakfast very early at 5.45 and depart at 6 with picnic lunch for a whole day game drive in the famous Masai Mara.. in this park on a lucky day we can sport all the big five lions cheetahs leopard rhinos Elephants, Buffaloes Giraffes Hyena and this is what we will be looking fro including visiting the Mara river and have a chance to witness the wildebeest crossing this killer river as it is known to many people. If we sport the advancing group of wildebeests moving towards the river we will camp there to witness the crossing. Remember September is always the best times to witness this. If we spot a hunt we will take a bit of waiting to see it happen especially the cheetah or hyenas or lions .
We return to the lodge late in the evening for dinner and overnight..
Day8
We depart after breakfast to Nairobi arriving late in the after noon for international onward departures.
