Tipeshwar Wildlife sanctuary maps 148.63 square kilometers and graces the secluded and serene hills of the Pandarkawada district. Famous for its eco-tourism, this sanctuary has all the components, which makes it one of the best places to visit for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts. Fourteen majestic tigers freely roam this land, away from the hotchpotch of the modern world. This place allows witnessing the wilderness from up close, making it a main attraction for the tourists. Surrounded by the greenery, this place is undoubtedly one of the best parks in Yeotmal districts.
Flora Diversity of Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary In the bamboo forests of this wildlife sanctuary flourishes 250 plant species of medical as well as economic importance.
Fauna Diversity of Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary Blackbuck, panthers, tigers, and small Indian civet cats are the main attractions of the park.

Foxtail eco-retreat has special arrangements to introduce you to the local flavors as well as to employ the locals in the Suicide Capital of India- Yeotmal. They allow the women from the Sunna Village to cook and recreate the local flavors and delicacies. Through this initiative, they fulfill their promise to empower women. If you wish, you can watch and learn how to cook healthy foods like Rasa Poha, Sabudana Khichdi, and Jowar Roties and many more from these local women
While you visit, on a clear night sky, if you get lucky, you can locate the stunning Milky Way with naked eyes depending upon the planetary positions. You can relish the incredible night sky, or if you like photography, you can even capture the beauty of the sky. In winters, it will be an excellent opportunity to sit around a bonfire and breathe in the relaxing scent of the nature around you.

Foxtail Eco Retreat Resort
Foxtail Eco Retreat is a rustic resort sharing the boundary with the Tipeshwar WLS. The best time at the resort is between 6 pm to 6 am where you will see stunning sunsets followed by starlit skies and beautiful sunrises. The resort is in a very raw setting as we would like to retain the natural settings as much as possible You will not see manicured lawns or exotic landscapes, in their place are natural grass and local biodiverse plantations. The idea is to ensure the retreat blends into its surroundings. The luxurious Swiss Tents are good to accommodate a family of four and are comfortably equipped. Each tent has a King Size bed, a 2 Ton AC, Heater, Cooler, Jaquar equipped Toilets with pressure water and to ensure all of this work we have 100% power back up. The resort also has its own RO Water plant and discourages Mineral Water Bottles. Sharing the boundary with the Core jungle has its own limitations and bringing your own bottle or serving food only in the restaurant are a few limitations. One other thing we do not allow is loud music… we realized that was the only way our guests could listen to the wild calls throughout most of the nights.

- 50% fee to be refunded if cancellation is done between 120-90 days prior to the event
- 30% fee to be refunded if cancellation is done between 90-60 days prior to the event
- No refund if cancellation is done between 0-60 days of the event
